From the Membership  Agreement:

Notice of intent to cancel shall be given in writing via email (to [email protected])* with a 30 day notice.

Any membership charges due within 30 days of notice will be collected as scheduled as the final payment due. Member will retain membership privileges through the 30 day anniversary of the final payment.

*This form automatically sends the  required  email when completed and submitted and nothing else, beyond submission of this form, is required.  Member's obligation terminates fully upon completion of final payment.
